I love my puppy very much.

As I was snuggling with my Sam tonight I decided I wanted to do a post on how much I love her - and seeing as her 2nd birthday is on Friday, this is a post all about my puppy! Some of these pictures are repeats, and some are others I found.

She's just kinda the most fantastic puppy ever. She's sweet and lovable and excellent with strangers and really a perfect angel in public. (and most of the time in private) :-) She loves to cuddle and does silly things and has all of these wonderful quirks that we just love and she's spoiled and sweet.

She was so TINY. (also, we had grass!)

Perfecting her "What? Me?" look at an early age.

So regal.

Happy puppy!

Awww, the awkward teenage months. The fluffy ears!

First real car ride in the back seat!

Sleeping.

So TIRED she can't even stay on her bed.

Happy with stick!

This is my beautiful girl.

Why are you bothering me?

Interspecies relations! She wants to be friends with cats SO MUCH. (especially Marlowe)

Muddy!

A picture from this fall. :-)

Yes! She does dopey very well.

I'm pretty golden biased - she's my 5th. :-) (our neighbor has a great basset hound that always makes me thing of you - they have a turret, and he hangs out in the window seat and howls)

My favorite quote from a Golden training book was "it is not generally recommended to allow Golden Retrievers to self feed" - which is the understatement of the year, and part of why they are just hilarious and fantastic dogs.
