My Fic Wish list

I have all of these stories that I *really* want to read, but I don't have the time to write. So I'm making a fic wish list, just for fun. (though I won't object if anyone decides they really want to write any of these for me, really. :-))

Everyone should try this, it's so much fun!


In general I love silly and fluffy fics. Wacky hijinks. Or smart and sharp fics. Alright, I'll pretty much read anything that isn't death fic or one of my stronger squicks. :-)

Favorite cliches - Missions gone wrong, trapped on a planet with little hope of rescue (or so they think), the entire base finds out they are dating, hiding in caves on a planet to avoid some not so scary enemy, misunderstandings of any sort. Also, if it's SG-1 two of them get stuck in earth jail and the rest of them have to bail them out.

Stargate SG-1
- Vala/Teal'c - these two are so adorable together. He's protective of her, she's cute with him, they would be great in fic.
- Sam/Cam - You know these two had some crazy moments pre their SGC days. Or even post. Where are the Aliens Made Them Do It fics? Trapped on a Planet, with rescue a long way off fics? They need the cliches!
- Sam/Siler - He totally has a crush on her.
- Sam/Young Hammond - 1969! They totally would have been adorable together. (I also want the fic where they have sex and she comes back through the gate and Hammond pulls Sam aside and she's all weirded out and he's like "I know, trust me, I know." And they talk through it together.)
- Cam/John Sheppard - Cause they are fly boys and it would be pretty.
- Cam/Laura Cadman - daisycm83 - I'm looking at you.
- Sam/Ba'al - They are smart and snarky!
- Mini!SG1 fic - in any form.
- Sam and Cam from the 200 verse where they are teenagers.

Stargate: Atlantis
- John/Ronon - they are so boyfriends. Evidence - Sunday. I would take anything with this pairing. Anything.
- Weir/Caldwell - the courting sweater has to work! I love these two together.
- Sheppard/Caldwell - where its consensual and not about power dynamics.
- Ronon fic. Gen, with someone, whatever. Anything with Ronon in it.
- Bates fic! Any kind of Bates fic. Bates with anyone. Seriously. anyone.
- Sheppard/Weir/Sumner - AU or pre Rising.
- Sheppard/Lorne - screw the regs.
- Lorne/Cadman - crazy hijinks around Atlantis.
- Teyla/Bates - the story where they actually reach a grudging truce. (it would probably be AU, but still.)
- Teyla - Gen fic with Teyla on Earth. Or Teyla between the Return Parts I and II. or Teyla reacting to events in Sunday.

Nancy Drew/Frank Hardy
- anything, anything at all.

Torchwood
- Gwen/Owen - where they don't fall in love. And they just have lots of sex.
- Ianto/Owen - post Combat.

Other Fandoms:
American Dreams - Meg/Sam is love
How I Met Your Mother - Barney and Lily being friendly.
Studio 60 - Jordan/Danny (cause really, they are the only reason I'm still watching.)
Crossing Jordan - Jordan/Garret
Arrested Development> - George Michael/Maeby.
Judging Amy - Bruce/Amy. I love Bruce and Amy.

Ha! I think half of those were indirectly aimed at me. I RESIST!!!

And DUDE. Does George Michael/Maeby ever become y'know, not incest-y? Because I've seen through S2 and would <3 them together if it wasn't for the whole sharing of genes thing.

No Teyla?

If you'd suggested a Teyla one, I'd have tried to write it. But, as it is, I think I have a Ronon bunny on hand. And a Teyla & Ronon bunny. So maybe it's just as well.

I knew I was forgetting something! (this is what I get for making lists while hopped up on cold medicine.) always forget Teyla because I don't really write her very well, but I love reading her. I just don't think I can do the character justice. I'm trying to include her more, but I feel like my voice is never right.

I just added a few Teyla requests. Yay Ronon fic! and Teyla and Ronon. I'll read any of those. :-)

Better, but I had a horrible reaction to the Aleve Cold and Sinus and I took last night, so I'm home today dealing with that. Not a pleasant experience.

I don't take Aleve. for regular pain, I don't like the fact I can't take more than 2 in 8-12 hours... my migraines never work that way and mixing that much meds is never a good idea.

As for Cold stuff, I get nauseous from Non Drowsy formulas of pretty much everything, with the exception of Advil Cold & Sinus, so I stick to that and only that.

and actually one of the people my dad works with, his wife took aleve, but didn't keep her stomach full the whole time it was in her system and had severe ulcers develop from taking it

I generally stick to non-pseduphedrine stuff (like sudafed) and then I'll take a pain reliever like advil with it because I've never had a good reaction to it, but I needed something for the interview yesterday and the Aleve let me breathe. I was fine during the day, but the one I took at night gave me the worst bout of insomnia! I couldn't shut my brain off to sleep. It was horrible.

Advil wasn't doing much for me, I tried it on Monday.
