Of the same kinds, class, or nature

Today I learned that deejay435, who has been fighting cancer for years left the hospital and moved to hospice. She posted about it, and I am happy that she is happy and at peace and that I got a chance to say goodbye, but I am also very sad.

Cancer always makes me feel so helpless. tigersvoice reminded me that there was something I could do - She made a post about not waiting until cancer touches your life to do something about it - both Dee and my Grandma were treated at the University of Michigan Cancer Center, so I made a donation in their honor tonight.
