It's been a week since I posted! So odd! But I come bearing pictures of Sam and food!

I have had a good week - my mouth is almost fully healed, I get the stitches out in about a week. I'm still a little swollen in the upper lip, and it's a little uncomfortable, but I'm getting better.

Grilled Turkey Sandwich, Potatoes with French Onion Dip and Salad! I love turkey sandwiches and these just have onions, turkey, tomato, swiss and mustard. I cook the onions, and then I heat up the turkey with the onions, dump everything in a roll, and then bake in the oven. :-)

Chicken and Penne with Lemon Cream Sauce. This is one of my favorite week night dinners.

Mac & Cheese from the box! :-) (with some old twice stuffed potatoes from the freezer).

Lemon Risotto. :-) This was SO FREAKING GOOD.
