I missed the real day 5, and this is day 6, but I really do want to do 30 days, so we are going back.

Is anyone else watching the Million Second Quiz? We are really enjoying it though I'm wishing it was a little shorter than 10 days, but I like the pop culture current events questions. I guess the ratings are pretty awful so I bet this will be the only season of it, but still! I do see how people find it confusing but i do love Ryan Seacrest!

Also, I'm very interested in WWE Night of Champions for some reason ever since I started watching Total Diva's. Ha.

(1) Rookie Blue - I thought I was Sam/Andy all the way, but then Sam and Nick happened and I don't hate it. I just don't see a good way for them to end it without everything going crazy and you know it has to end because the show is very obvious that Sam and Andy is the SHIP. Also, Oliver is still my favorite character and I wish there was more Noelle and Frank. Also when Gail slept with the SGU guy was awesome. I just really really liked that.

(2) Suits - I do not not know why I didn't start watching this show sooner. It is awesome. You kinda have to ignore the law part, but the rest is awesome and I love the power dynamics. Donna is my favorite character, but Mike and Harvey are cool as well. :-)

(3) Covert Affairs - I was not liking this season as much, but it's grown on me. They finally hook up Annie and Auggie which I never really liked one way or the other and then they did nothing with it. Annoying.. Also, I like Hil Harper.

(4) So You Think You Can Dance - I really enjoyed the show this season. The quality of the dancers was fantastic and I thought they really elevated the choreography to the next level. Awesome.

(5) Total Diva's - I caught a little of this show on SyFy and I love it. I am not a huge non competition reality person but wow do I love the Diva's. I am now following them on instagram. It is awesome. I have watched it all.

Major Crimes - so glad it is back!! ( Spoilers ) I don't have a Sharon icon, but I will use my Roslin one!

Primeval - New World - OMG THIS SHOW WAS SO BAD. There are no spoilers here. Just horribleness. Horrible plodding, awful introduction of characters. I can see why it was canceled. I may not bother watching any more . . BUT Zane from Eureka! He may not be enough to keep me.

Grace Land - It started a little slow, but I really liked it. The premise required ignoring a few holes at times, but the characters were generally interesting and I think it has places to go. ( Spoilers )

Ice Road Truckers - The set up for this season is a new twist and I like they are alll at the same location, but seriously, Lisa Kelly totally had plastic surgery, right? Those are some impressive cheek implants. I'm glad Rick isn't back again this season. I am so over him f'ing up. I love that they brought back Darryl - I really liked him last season.

SYTYCD - I am so glad we are on to Vegas! I can't wait for the real show to start

AGT - I like Heidi and Mel B! I think they add good stuff to the panel!

So I got into bed tonight and turned on the TV hoping to see awesome new Rookie Blue and it was preempted by basketball. And then I looked on ABC's website and we aren't getting a new episode until June 27TH!!!! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I need more Sam and Andy and Nick and OLIVER and Gail and Dov and Chris and Tracy and Frank and Noelle and OMG I NEED THIS SHOW. I just got it back! And we've only had two episodes.

BOO.

In other TV news: still catching up on Castle and Blue Bloods and we have recently become addicted to the reruns of Top Gear that always seem to be on BBC America. And soon I will have Covert Affairs and Necessary Roughness and CONTINUUM (which omg if you aren't watching you should) and I'm watching So You Think You Can Dance and America's Got Talent and Longmire and Mad Men (which OMG that show is trippy) and Major Crimes and we are going to try Graceland, so I have plenty of TV, but I WANT MY ROOKIE BLUE.

And I don't actually have an icon for any show I just listed so I will use my favorite default Watching Too Much TV icon that iammightee created for me forever and a day ago.

OMG! I LOVE THIS SHOW. I have watched almost all of the first season since Wednesday and it is SO AWESOME.

I love crime procedurals. LOVE THEM. First I mainlined Criminal Minds, then Cold Case, Without a Trace, Flashpoint, and I was trying to decide what to do next and surreallis has been talking up Rookie Blue forever and so I picked that! (It was that or Blue Bloods) and OMG I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Sam/Andy! Sam/Andy! (which is kinda sounds like I'm shipping my dog with my husband).

I want to watch all of it all of the time. I love Sam and Andy like I love Jules and Sam on Flashpoint. LOVE IT. This show is the best mix of crime procedural and awesome drama. Why did I not watch this years ago?? Oh well! I have like 30 episodes of awesomeness left!

Married to Jonas - Does anyone else watch this show? I kinda love Dani and Kevin. She is not your average celebrity wife. She has anxiety and panic attacks and she is insecure and not sure about her life with a celebrity and I love instead of turning hollywood and being crazy and bitchy she is actually addressing this all. Looks, its "reality" tv, but her insecurities make it actually seem real?

In other news, I am so over this political season. People keep emailing and calling for money and my response now is "are you an animal in need of a home or medical care or a family in need of shelter or food? Then no, you are not getting my money." I am only giving to charity from now on - giving for charities is at an all time low given the state of the economy and it shouldn't cost $1 billion dollars to elect a president and I am not feeding the beast anymore. I am actually disappointed I gave money early in the season instead of giving it to a charity that really needs it.

My two favorite shows right now are Call the Midwife and Person of Interest. Love them!

I finished series 5 of Primeval over the weekend and I want MORE MORE MORE. I've been reading Jess/Becker, Matt/Abby and Abby/Connor/Becker over on A03, but if anyone has any recs I'll take em! Gen, Het, Slash, whatever. Becker, Abby, Jess, Matt, and Emily are my favorites. :-) I'm such a multi-shipper. I was hoping someone wrote Lester/Jess, but if it exists, I haven't found it yet. :-)

I think I need to break up with this show. This season was just really not that good, and I do not agree with the winning designer. It was just too much about the drama and not enough about the clothing. Ugh.

Pan Am! I loved it! Like seriously. I've watched the pilot twice. It is so good. I love all of the characters and it's not Mad Men, but I don't think it's trying to be which is why I hope it goes good places! This is escapist television at its best and personally I cannot WAIT for more!

New Girl - Was good, but could go so wrong. She's quirky and funny and I hope it doesn't go to over the top. Also, I love Deputy Leo.

2 Broke Girls - First episode was good. Second episode was pretty bad. They just keep throwing too many jokes into and hoping some stuck. We will give it a third episode.

Unforgettable - Is good! It's not great, but it's a nice crime procedural and I love those.

Person of Interest Is not without its problems, but I like it. Ben Linus! Love him!

(I will also admit that I watched the Playboy Club, but I did NOT love that. I had to judiciously use the fast forward and it is not even so good it is bad TV. It's just bad).

Also, I'm about ready to give up on Glee. It's just . . . not that good anymore.
