I'm quite disappointed. I loved Rob and Amber. They never pretended to be truthful. They were my favorites. It was Rob that did them in. Amber wanted to change Detours and Rob just wouldn't give in. Oh well. I'll still watch, but what is an all-star thing without Rob and Amber.

I'm looking forward to new people for next season. Also, that letter from Susan and Patrick was mean.

Charla and Mirna are annoying. I really don't know how they are still in the race.

Also? Mirna is a lawyer? REALLY? REALLY?

I love Rob and Amber too. I am so bummed they came in last place. I probably won't watch now. I was only watching it for them. Those two are so much fun to watch.

Also? Mirna is a lawyer? REALLY? REALLY?

ARGH! Matt watched it on DVR and then accidentally DELETED it before jack and I could watch! I think I will lie to Jack and tell him there was a DVR malfunction.

Whoops. A few months ago out Tivo added a "recently deleted" folder, so if there is room on the DVR, you can undelete stuff. It's really nice.

DVR malfunction is probably a good explaination. Daddy deleted it will probably get Dad in trouble.

I know! The DH was all gleeful (Rob drives him nuts) but I was really sad. I don't like them as people, but they're darn fun to watch as competitors. They are better at scheming and strategy than anyone who has ever been on the race.

A few of the letters were really mean! But that's better than if they'd all been of the sappy "You can do it!" variety.

Rob never pretended to be anything more than he was - and that was obnoxious. Also, people shouldn't be surprised they lie! Didn't they all watch Survivor in anticipation? Rob lied to EVERYONE.

Well, yeah - BUT I don't think it's fair they picked someone who liked Uchenna and Joyce, but didn't like Rob and Amber. There was that one couple that liked Rob and Amber. I can't stand Uchenna and Joyce. I just don't think as winners they should have been allowed back.

Oh well! I'm looking forward to next season, with new people now. I think I'm rooting for Oswald and Danny now. :-)

I think that was Rob & Amber's greatest advantage - they were excellent liars. I was truly impressed that Amber came up with a plausible lie for misdirecting Charla and Mirna - not that anyone believed her, but the way they continued to do that always left the other teams frustrated, which is what you want your competitors to be. Yeah, I'm really sad they're gone.

And I agree about winners being allowed back. That was just a really weird decision on the producers' part. I think I'm actually rooting for Terry and Ian (a fact which surprises me greatly since I disliked them the first time around), but I'm definitely looking forward to the next race.

You know what I thought they should've done for the all-stars? Bring back the good people who had useless partners and pair them up with one another.
