Cupcake-o-rama!
I went to a dinner party last night and I baked Lemon Meringue Cupcakes and Old Fashioned Chocolate with Mint Chocolate Chip Buttercream.
Lemon Meringue Cupcakes! I made lemon cupcakes, piped some meringue on and then toasted them for a little bit more.

Old Fashioned Chocolate Cupcakes with Mint Chocolate Chip Buttercream. These were so fantastic. The frosting was perfect.

The Cupcake Courier! I got this for christmas and it was the most awesome thing EVER. It made transporting them to the party so EASY.

The courier all covered up. It has a nice handle and four snaps to make sure it stays closed. It hold 3 dozen cupckaes.

Okay, cupcake lady -- I need some advice. If I do two flavors of cupcakes, what two do you think would harmonize in flavor and look nice together in a tree?

And the lemon cupcakes from here- http://cupcakeblog.com/index.php/2007/08/lemony-ice-cream-cone-cupcakes-with-lavender-and-rose-frosting/
When she says it makes 12,it really does only make 12. So if you want more than 12 I would 1.5 it or double it. They have a very nice light lemon flavoring and compliment the mereguine very well.
If you want other advice send me an email and we can talk about other kinds of cupcakes. I've tried a LOT of flavors. I suggest doing chocolate and one citrus.
