Happy Sunday and Fresh Food Porn!

Today I worked for 4 hours, took Sam for two long walks, watched Robin Hood and made Corn Muffins, Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Gazpacho, Roasted Tato's, Fresh Corn, and Pork Loin with Pineapple Relish. The Gazpacho and muffins are for the week.


Fresh tomato, red pepper, red onion, and cucumber. I love fresh veggies SO MUCH.

Finished Gazpacho! the recipe. (I cut the oil and vinegar and added a little broth)

Roasted Potatoes! (I seasoned with garlic salt and parsley)

I love the look of fresh cut potatoes. :-)

Seasoned pork! NOM.

Pork with Pineapple Relish and fresh corn This was SO COOL. The fresh pineapple and onion combo on the pork was fantastic!

Fresh Corn off the cob!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins and Fresh Corn and Cornmeal Muffins. NOM. smittywing pointed me to the banana chocolate recipe and it was so good!

Bonus Sam! She's adorable. :-) She was a little perturbed with me earlier when I opened a cabinet and it hit her butt. She also got THREE walks today!

All of that looks super tasty! Even the gazpacho - and I don't like gazpacho! (I know, heresy - I drank it every day for two months in Spain and I *still* don't like it. :-P)

Hahahaha. I like it - but not as a lunch meal. :-) It's good in moderation.
