raisintorte | Things I Made In My Kitchen!

Life has been a little crazy, but I did have time to make Christmas Cookies this weekend. Yesterday I made mint thumbprint cookies with Hershey Kisses in the middle (yum, but I kinda put in too much chocolate, so they are really fudgy), Chocolate Peppermint Cookies, and Dark and White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies. Today I made Gingerbread Men, Ninjabread Men, and Sugar Cookies with Royal Frosting. The Royal Frosting was . . . more effort than I anticipated and I didn't really have the right tools, so I just kinda gave up and you can tell by the later decorated cookies. :-)

	The trees and stars came out well, most of the holly looked awful, I just got fed up by the time I reached the Angels and didn't give a crap anymore, and the reindeer was just the leftover white and yellow frosting tossed in a piping bag together with sprinkles on top. They look surprisingly good.
